1. After you approach/email us, we will speak to you about the various services we offer and help you choose the right package for your desired site (as well as giving you a quote upfront).
2. Once this is settled, you give us the details of your hosting environment and domain name (ie. logins), content to insert for your site and optionally a few points on appearance/aims of your desired site.
3. We install your chosen package, insert the supplied content, develop the site's theme and make it Search Engine Friendly (enabling high rankings in search engines)
4. Once we have finished, we come back to you and send you a link where you can view the site before it goes online
5. You then send us any small changes that you want to occur before the site goes live
6. After these tweaks have been addressed, we then, unless you state otherwise, take your site online.
7. We then send you details and a set of tutorials on how to edit your site at which point we send our invoice to you.

For clarity, so we don't start off on the wrong understanding:

1. We are not copywriters and will not write extensive new copy for your site
2. We are not developers and will not create bespoke functionality for your site, unless we have agreed a price beforehand.
3. We will develop appropriate images for the site template, but will not create/purchase numerous images for insertion throughout the site's content
